Here is my workout routine, this week is a short week because I am going to Phoenix on Thursday to play some cards.

My first work out was not too bad.
Ran 12 min at 5.0 for a total of 2.03 miles in 30 minutes. Avg Speed 4.08, Avg Pace 14.42/Mile and my weight is a shocking 228, gain some weight from the holiday, thanks Santa.
Tomorrow I will bike for at least 30 minutes and probably sit in the steam room.
