So here is my workouts through last week. I took the last two weeks off to recover and get ready for my 90 day push.

So with 90 days to do, I am going to run everyday of the week, do 2 swims and 2 bikes. Its going to be rough but worth it in the end. I am hoping to over train and do the tri in 2.5 hours.
